In the conservative and radical surgery of the  parotidocervical region, based on “Our technical modifications of the simple radical dissection of neck and in the same way McFee´s.

•    A modification of the radical parcial parotidectomy with preservation of the superior facial associated with suprayoid evidement.

•    A modification of the total parotidectomy with sacrifice of the peripheric facial.

•    A modification of the total parotidectomy with sacrifice of the peripheric facial associated with suprahyoid evidement.

•    A modification of the total parotidectomy with sacrifice of the peripheric facial associated with hemimandibulectomy or ostectomy.
